Chicken and Vegetable Soup:
✔3 diced chicken breasts
✔1 container Organic Swanson Chicken Broth
✔1 container Organic Swanson Vegetable Broth
✔6oz (or less) Whole Grain pasta (optional)
✔1 Green Bell Pepper
✔1 Yellow Bell Pepper
✔1 Red Bell Pepper
✔1 Orange Bell Pepper
✔1 - 2 cups Broccoli
✔1 cup Carrots
✔2 cups Kale
1. Mix broths in stock pot, bring to boil, add pasta. Reduce heat to medium
2. Season chicken breast with garlic, cayenne pepper, ground thyme, and pepper. Cook in pan, add to broth.
3. Dice peppers - add to broth. Add broccoli, carrots, and kale.
4. Allow to cook until pasta is tender.
